What is the best thing to do in Nassau for a family of 4 with 2 kids ages 10 and 5? - what is the best cruise 30 somethings

I'm going for a Disney Cruise in December and am having a hard time trying to do something to find in Nassau. My wife and I are 30 and not very athletic) (excluding overtime, my children are) 10 (girls) and 5 (children. I would love to snorkel, but I'm sure my children will Sea "Open". We spend the next day at Castaway Cay, so I'm not so concerned about a beach. Any tips?
